Spring activation includes:

Opening water valves and closing all drains, checking parts and adjusting heads for full coverage of your lawn and garden areas.

Summer maintenance and repair:

We can repair any problem, leak and adjust your system to work efficiently. We also offer installation of rain sensors and WIFI/ smartphone compatible clocks. You can adjust and control your sprinkler system from anywhere!

Winter deactivation and blow out:

Blowing out your system with compressed air removes all water from pipes and sprinkler valves to prevent freezing.  All drains are opened and ball valves and parts are free of water.

Watering Tips

Proper watering encourages deep root growth and healthier turf.  The best time to water your lawn is either early morning or late evening. This timing provides for less evaporation and calmer cooler conditions to avoid water waste.  Watering at night in Colorado does not encourage disease.  Enough water should be applied to reach the root zone to a depth of 6 inches.
